All of my Herb Bundles/Smudge Sticks are hand crafted with fresh picked herbs and flowers grown in my chemical free garden or wild foraged. Each one is created with an intention in mind. I concentrate my energy and impart that energy into the bundle.

Herb Bundles/Smudge sticks are herbs bound together by twine. Burning these herbs in order to prevent illness, ward off negative energy, or cleanse a space, person or group, is a tradition that goes back thousands of years. Native Americans used sage and sweetgrass in ceremonies.
Freeing your home of stagnant energies can be done anytime, but it’s a good rule of thumb to do a thorough smudging of your home four times a year when the seasons change. You may also wish to smudge your living space whenever it has been compromised by negativity or foreign energies.
